The leadership department offers a diverse catalog of 100 training classes. Additionally, we have the capability to customize classes to meet your specific requirements or goals. See attached catalog for our current training classes.

Compliance

Our organization tries to identify and report any workplace violations of law, its OSHA, FLSA, Title VII, worker compensation or environmental laws. This organization interfaces with central labor councils, religious, progressive and community groups to engage in peaceful protests and publicly address employers that do not meet the organization’s objective criteria, and provide research, logistical, and if necessary, legal support for these activities.

Jobs for the Community

Our Jobs for the Community Department is dedicated to recruiting women and minority workers for long-term careers in the building trades. We operate workers centers that offer advanced skill training for youths seeking to improve their lives. Collaborating with trade unions, we provide soft skills and pre-apprentice training.

Safety Training and Monitoring

Our Director in this Department is an accomplished safety director and quality control manager with 28 years of experience in the construction industry, health and safety, environmental management, and 20 years of experience as an instructor.
